- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons low-calorie maple syrup
- 1 scoop Boba Tea Protein Thai Tea Whey Protein
- A pinch of salt
For the Glaze
- 2 tablespoons fat-free light cream cheese
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon (instead of cacao powder)
- 1/2 scoop Thai tea protein powder
