INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5-2 ripe banana (mashed)
  • 1 cup rolled oats (blended into oat flour)
  • 1/2 cup milk (any kind; e.g., 1%)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (instead of cocoa powder)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons low-calorie maple syrup
  • 1 scoop Boba Tea Protein Thai Tea Whey Protein
  • A pinch of salt

For the Glaze

  • 2 tablespoons fat-free light cream cheese
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon (instead of cacao powder)
  • 1/2 scoop Thai tea protein powder

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare the Batter:
    • Mash the banana with a fork until smooth.
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed banana, oat flour, milk, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, maple syrup, protein powder, and salt.
    • Stir the mixture until it forms a smooth batter.
  2. Bake the Donuts:
    • Grease a donut tray to prevent sticking.
    • Fill each donut mold with the batter.
    • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 12 minutes or until the donuts are cooked through (a toothpick should come out clean).
  3. Make the Glaze:
    • In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cinnamon, and Thai tea protein powder until smooth and creamy.
  4. Assemble:
    • Once the donuts have cooled, dip them into the glaze.
    • Optional: Sprinkle granola or additional cinnamon on top for a finishing touch.
  5. Serve and Enjoy:
    • Your soft, fluffy, and cinnamon-spiced donuts are ready to be served!
