INGREDIENTS

  • Dry Ingredients:
  • Wet Ingredients:
    • 6 oz firm silken tofu
    • 6.5oz coconut milk
    • 3/4 cup almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
    • 4 tbsp melted butter


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line an 8-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: Whisk together glutinous rice flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and Taro Milk Tea Whey Protein Powder.
  3. Blend wet ingredients: Blend silken tofu, coconut milk, almond milk, and melted butter until smooth.
  4. Adjust for protein powder: Add 1–3 extra tablespoons of almond milk and 1 tablespoon of butter as needed to adjust the consistency.
  5. Combine: Whisk wet mixture into dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Pour and bake: Pour batter into the dish, tap to remove air bubbles, and bake for 45–50 minutes.
  7. Cool and serve: Let cool completely before slicing into squares.
