Dry Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 scoops Boba Tea Protein Taro Milk Tea Whey Protein Powder
- 8 oz (1/2 lb) glutinous rice flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients:
- 6 oz firm silken tofu
- 6.5oz coconut milk
- 3/4 cup almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
- 4 tbsp melted butter
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line an 8-inch baking dish.
- Mix dry ingredients: Whisk together glutinous rice flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and Taro Milk Tea Whey Protein Powder.
- Blend wet ingredients: Blend silken tofu, coconut milk, almond milk, and melted butter until smooth.
- Adjust for protein powder: Add 1–3 extra tablespoons of almond milk and 1 tablespoon of butter as needed to adjust the consistency.
- Combine: Whisk wet mixture into dry ingredients until just combined.
- Pour and bake: Pour batter into the dish, tap to remove air bubbles, and bake for 45–50 minutes.
- Cool and serve: Let cool completely before slicing into squares.
