We use ingredients like real Yunnan and Assam black teas, organic taro and organic sweet potato, and real matcha and organic greens. This gives our products an authentic and wholesome taste!

No, there are not. However, we do offer our own tapioca pearls that we manufacture in the USA.

Other tapioca pearls are manufactured overseas requiring a long list of food additives to increase its shelf life to survive the trip overseas.

Although the shelf life of our tapioca pearls is shorter (6 months from time of manufacturing), we are proud to say we do not include the laundry list of additives other tapioca pearls have!

While our whey products contain a very small amount of lactose (see the following question), all of the rest of our products are completely lactose free!

Whey protein isolate is the highest quality type of whey protein that is rid of the extraneous content that often comes with poorer quality proteins. One of the things that is greatly reduced is the lactose content, a sugar found in most dairy products and cheap whey protein products.

Boba Tea Protein whey products are 98-99.99% lactose-free. This is easy on the stomach for most healthy people and even most people with a lactose intolerance. Those with a lactose allergy may want to avoid our whey products.

Boba Tea Protein products do not contain any gluten or soy, and are manufactured in a facility that adheres to strict storage and cleaning regulations to prevent cross-contamination.

Our products are made with kosher-friendly ingredients, certified by various kosher organizations. However, our products do not go through a final kosher certification after production.

Certain products may not be kosher for Passover, such as whey products, which are milk-derived.

Currently we don’t have samples, as we are not ready to offer those yet - they’re surprisingly expensive to manufacture! They're definitely on our to-do list though!

We are officially Truly Grass Fed Verified™ and a number of our ingredients are officially USDA Organic. We also meet quite a number of qualifications.

We are currently working on obtaining as many official certifications as possible including the Non-GMO Project, UD Kosher, and more.

Our Pre-Workouts are third-party tested for WADA-banned substances by the Banned Substance Control Group (BSCG) tests so that drug-tested athletes will have the peace of mind that not a single WADA-banned substance will be present in our pre-workout. Certificates for each batch can be viewed here.

We do not currently do any other third-party testing. However, all of our ingredients are individually tested for heavy metals and contaminants before they are used to make our products, and the manufacturing facility is NSF-GMP Certified.

We import many of our core raw ingredients from outside of the USA mainly because they are not made domestically.

After receiving all raw goods from international and domestic suppliers, our protein products are then fully manufactured in the USA!

Boba Tea Protein first launched at the end of 2020, and since then we have seen a HUGE, non-stop demand for our healthy boba drinks!

This is still a very small business with just 6 people working on it full-time, but we are working as fast as we can to meet demand. We also strive to make our drinks taste just like your favorite boba shop drinks, and sometimes we rework our recipes to make sure they're still up to our standards.

Currently, the checkout system is not capable of reserving inventory as items are added to the cart. Your cart is reserved once payment information is confirmed, which does mean that inventory can sell out while you enter payment info.

We understand this is frustrating, and we are working on building up enough inventory, particularly for new product launches, to prevent this from being an issue. It's difficult to predict how much we need to produce on first launches since this is still a small, but VERY quickly growing business!
