INGREDIENTS
- 1 container (about 8 oz) of coconut whip (or any whipped topping)
- 2-4 scoops of Boba Tea Protein Matcha Latte Whey Protein
- 6 graham crackers (use honey-flavored or plain for contrast with matcha)
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips (melted)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Melt white chocolate in 30-second microwave intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Line a small baking dish with parchment paper and place 3 graham crackers inside.
- Spread a thin layer of melted white chocolate over the crackers and freeze for 5–10 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix coconut whip with Matcha Latte Whey Protein until smooth.
- Spread the matcha mixture over the chilled chocolate layer.
- Top with 3 more graham crackers and press gently.
- Freeze for 1 hour, slice into squares, and enjoy! Store extras in the freezer.
