Matcha Strawberry Clusters

Packed with protein, fiber, and flavor, these clusters are the perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth and fuel your day!

Servings per Recipe: about 6 clusters

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups finely diced strawberries, fresh (frozen works too, you can thaw and mash with a fork)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips (sugar free options for better macros)
  • 1 scoop of Boba Tea Protein Matcha Latte Whey Protein (optional 2nd scoop, stir and add slowly)


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut strawberries into fine pieces.
  2. Mix strawberries with yogurt and chia seeds in a bowl.
  3. Shape into cluster/cookie size shapes/circular flat shapes.
  4. Freeze over night.
  5. Melt white chocolate
  6. Mix white chocolate with Matcha Latte Whey Protein until the consistency is smooth.
  7. Drizzle and cover clusters with the mix.
  8. Freeze overnight again!
