INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tbsp light butter
  • 3 tbsp skim milk
  • 300g zero sugar marshmallows
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 scoops of Boba Tea Protein Taro Milk Tea Whey Protein Powder
  • 5 cups rice crisps cereal

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat the Wet Ingredients:
    • Melt the light butter and skim milk together over medium heat, stirring until fully combined.
    • Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  2. Add Flavor and Protein:
    • Stir in the vanilla extract and Taro Milk Tea Whey Protein Powder. Mix thoroughly until the mixture thickens slightly.
    • Tip: Whisk the protein powder in slowly to avoid clumping.
  3. Combine with Rice Crisps:
    • Turn off the heat and fold in the rice crisps cereal.
    • Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and press down lightly to form an even layer. Avoid pressing too hard to maintain the crispy texture.
  4. Cool and Set: 
    • Let the mixture cool at room temperature for 30-60 minutes before cutting into 4 even servings.
