INGREDIENTS

  • 300g white chocolate chips (or bars), chopped
  • 1 cup Boba Tea Protein Matcha Latte Whey Protein
  • 8 tbsp crunchy peanut butter

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prep: Line a muffin tin with 8 paper liners.
  2. Melt Chocolate: Add white chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Mix Matcha: While the chocolate is still warm, stir in the Matcha Latte Whey Protein until well-combined and the mixture is smooth and green.
  4. Layer Bottom: Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the matcha white chocolate mixture into the bottom of each muffin liner. Gently tap the tin to even out the chocolate.
  5. Add Peanut Butter: Place 1 tablespoon of crunchy peanut butter in the center of each cup, gently flattening it with the back of a spoon.
  6. Cover & Finish: Divide the remaining matcha white chocolate mixture evenly over the peanut butter, covering it completely.
  7. Chill: Place the tin in the fridge (or freezer) for 30–60 minutes, or until the cups are fully set.
  8. Enjoy: Peel off the liners and enjoy your homemade matcha peanut butter cups!
