INGREDIENTS

¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (or any low-calorie milk alternative)
½ cup light coconut milk (or reduced-fat coconut milk)
2-3 tablespoons Boba Tea Protein Thai Tea Whey Protein
1 tablespoon cornstarch
4 egg yolks
½ teaspoon cinnamon powder (optional)
12 premade puff pastry egg tart shells

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix everything in a bowl or pan.
  2. On low heat, cook until slightly solid.
  3. Strain the custard.
  4. Fill puff pastry egg tarts.
  5. Bake at 475 for 20 mins.
