WE FINALLY HAVE A SHIPPING DATE FOR YOUR ORDERS!! YAY!! 😊

The inventory is at our distribution center and we're making sure it's all in our system properly before we start shipping out!

The last day to submit an address change will be Tuesday, March 15th at 11:59 PM CST! Email hello@bobateaprotein.com to let us know your new address!

We will be shipping out your orders over a few days starting on Thursday, March 17th and they should ALL be shipped by Tuesday, March 22nd.

Also, as a huge thank you for your patience with me and my company, we've sent everyone who pre-ordered a 15% discount code to your email to use on a future order! 😁

This code is the biggest discount we are offering anywhere and is tied to your email you pre-ordered with so make sure that you use that email when ordering in the future!

Thank you so much for your patience and for supporting my business!

Here's a status update for you: We have finished production of the product and the products are going through a final round of quality testing before being sent off to our warehouse.

Here's what to expect next: We will email you about 3 days prior to receiving the goods at our warehouse to allow for any final address changes before we ship out your orders. We should receive all of the goods at our warehouse next week and will start shipping out orders as soon as we receive the items.

Hi, Boba Buddies! :D

ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS ARE FINALLY IN! YAY!!

Here's what to expect next: The quality team at our manufacturing facility will be finishing up quality testing of the remaining raw goods this week and next week.

After that, we will be producing your goods as fast as possible and are currently projected to ship out your products the 3rd or 4th week of February!! 🥳

We will be sending out an email 3-5 days before we ship out your products so that you have one final chance to update your shipping address!

If any unforeseen delays arise, I will notify you via email immediately and also post an update to our pre-order status page.

ALSO - since our last launch, I have been able to set up 4 major things that will hopefully allow future launches and any future pre-orders we do to go by MUCH more quickly. Meaning, if I did the things I thought I needed to do to be able to produce products much more quickly, then we should be able to produce products EVERY 4-6 WEEKS starting on the next launch! Thank you all SO MUCH for helping us get to this point and I am SO READY to bring you bigger and better things in 2022!!

All of our ingredients except our black tea has been delivered to our manufacturing facility and have been in quality testing!

Our black teas have been a bit of an x-factor.

Our black teas are currently being held outside of LA Port waiting to be cleared from customs. With more COVID cases on the rise and record amounts of people leaving the workforce in recent months, we're not exactly sure when the teas will be cleared.

I will send out an email update AS SOON as the teas make it to our manufacturing facility.

If it turns out that the black teas will not make it to our manufacturing facility in a timely manner, we will ship out orders not containing the Classic Milk Tea first.

I think the worst-case scenario for those who ordered a Classic Milk Tea will be delivery around mid-to-late February!

We do have some little positive uptick around all of this! 😋

So to close out the year, we are re-opening pre-orders until Dec 18th at 11:59 PM CST!
