Oolong Protein Rice Crispies
These oolong rice crispies are made with our Oolong Milk Tea protein and makes for the perfect pre-workout fuel. You can also easily swap out the protein powder to any Boba Tea Protein flavor of your choice! To make these even more macro-friendly, you can substitute the butter for an olive oil blend, or use sugar-free marshmallows.

1 scoop of Boba Tea Protein Oolong Milk Tea protein
6 cups of crispy rice cereal
6 cups of mini marshmallows
6 tbsp. of butter
1 tsp. of vanilla
Topping of choice - boba, chocolate chips, etc.
Grease a 9x13 glass baking dish and set it aside.
Melt butter and marshmallows in a large non-stick pot over low heat, stirring constantly.
Once the marshmallows are all melted, remove the pot from heat and quickly mix in vanilla and protein powder while the marshmallow mixture is warm.
Stir in crispy rice cereal, press the mixture into the glass baking dish, and let the bars cool.
Afterward, cut and enjoy. (For the best flavor, it's recommended to eat these bars on the same day).
