3 slices thick white bread, preferably stale, cut into 9 sticks
2 eggs
¼ cup milk (dairy or nondairy)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Oil spray
⅓ cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 scoops Boba Tea Protein Classic Milk Tea
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, salt, and the Boba Tea Protein powder until well combined.
- Dip each bread stick into the mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
