Our 6,000 sq ft office is located in Carrollton, TX where hybrid work will be required as you'll need to be on-site frequently to coordinate creative projects as well as assist with creative production days with the design team. Depending on launch scope or system-building needs, there may be weeks requiring daily presence, while slower weeks may only need 1-4 days on-site. Financial assistance for relocation is available for candidates who are out of state.


Hello, prospective candidates! I'm Neil, the owner of Boba Tea Protein. We're currently an ambitious yet relaxed 11-person team, passionately striving to make the boba industry a little healthier. Our mission is no small feat, and we're searching for someone who works best in a meaningful role, loves to sink their teeth into a mission, and can fully execute their responsibilities while thriving in an environment that rewards constant growth and undertaking of bigger responsibilities.


As a talented social media enthusiast, your responsibilities as a Social Media Coordinator involved managing our organization's online presence across various social media platforms. This includes coordinating with our brand manager and art directors to ensure all content generated gets distributed across all intended channels punctually. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, punctual and deadline-driven, organized, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys working in a start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Distribution of Content: Taking all content generated by the content team and maximizing its distribution across all channels (primarily social, but some other channels like website and paid media channels).
  • Copywriting: Being able to ascertain brand standards of copywriting by reviewing previously written copy across all social channels and website and generating captions stylized in a way that is appropriate for that specific channel's audience. 
  • Collaborating / Communicating with Marketing Team: Be an excellent communicator by being able to be very responsive on our team's communication channels as well as being able to articulate what you need from certain team member's to accomplish your responsibilities. 
  • Data Aggregation: Able to consistently aggregate data on social metric performance to present to the brand manager for strategic considerations.
  • Light Competency in Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro: Occasional need to edit an asset's copy to make it more appropriate for a certain channel without having to tap into our creative resources will be needed. This should be unique situations that should not re-occur more than a couple of times.
  • Flexible and Adaptable: Being able to be adaptable and flexible regarding your day-to-day priorities as priorities often change in a start-up environment.
  • Show willingness to work in a start-up environment: Contribute to a dynamic and collaborative workspace including, but not limited to, showing willingness to partake in being featured in our social content and utilizing any skill you may have that is more refined than anyone else on the team to contribute to the success of the company as a whole.

Experience and Key Skills:

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience executing the above responsibilities is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Light Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premier Pro is preferred.
