Compensation:

Compensation ranges from $35–$45 per hour, depending on skills and experience. The role will average 10–15 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust hours based on workload. During certain high-demand periods, hours may increase up to 50 hours in a given week.

Location:

Remote, but can be local-hybrid if local to the area.

Our 6,000 sq ft office is located in Carrollton, TX about 10 minutes south of K-Town and 20 minutes north of Dallas.

As we continue to grow, we are looking to add additional personnel to our creative team for certain packaging design, photo comping projects, and various graphic design tasks. Boba Tea Protein is a fast-growing wellness brand that is innovating at the intersection of boba and fitness. Our mission is to help people become their best selves by offering healthier, protein-packed alternatives to your favorite boba and Asian-inspired drinks!

Overview: 

As graphic designer, you will be responsible for primarily working on confidential packaging design projects to start, but will also be asked to do various tasks related to social media edits, photo comping, and more. You will be reporting to our Art Director and collaborating with multiple marketing team members.

We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for trend-forward CPG packaging, incorporating Asian-inspired cultural elements, including influences from K-pop and anime.

Key Responsibilities & Experience:

• Collaborate with our art director to build out a design system for our packaging design needs.
• Collaborate with the art director and fulfill design projects as instructed.
• Re-touch photos and comp designs in accordance to our marketing needs.
  

Experience and Key Skills:

• Have an understanding of visual elements of anime and k-pop culture.
  
• Must have experience in packaging design.
• Must be strong in Photoshop and Illustrator.
  
• Experience in photo re-touching and graphic design required.
• Experience in social media campaigns is a bonus.

Qualifications:

No degree required, but degrees in creative advertising, visual communication, graphic design, or other relevant degree is preferred.
