Location:

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement. Our 6,000 sq ft office is located in Carrollton, TX about 10 minutes south of K-Town and 20 minutes north of Dallas.

As our team shifts focus to pursue exciting new opportunities, we're seeking temporary support from someone who can do both product photography, graphic design, and light video editing to help manage our ongoing day-to-day operations.

Boba Tea Protein is a fast-growing wellness brand that is innovating at the intersection of boba and fitness. Our mission is to help people become their best selves by offering healthier, protein-packed alternatives to your favorite boba and Asian-inspired drinks!

We’re a 10-person team with a wide range of experience—from seasoned industry veterans to those just beginning their careers.

Responsibilities:

As a passionate product photographer and graphic designer, your primary responsibilities will be to execute the art direction for social content as well as web content, branding collateral (packaging, apparel, influencer boxes, etc), and paid media. You will utilize product and studio photography, videography, graphic design, illustration, and project coordinating skills to execute on your responsibilities.

Boba Tea Protein as a brand is Asian American at its core, and we reflect multiple Asian cultures in our designs and social content. Understanding of the visual and experiential cultural nuances between different Asian cultures is essential for this role.

You should possess exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a fairly deep understanding of branding, social content, graphic design, photography, videography, and content production. Additionally, you will execute on all of these responsibilities while coordinating with the brand manager to ensure we execute in a manner that is on brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Executing the product and studio photography, graphic design, and some light videography required for social campaigns on our Instagram.
• Execute on graphic design needs such as social posts, new product packaging, apparel design, photography comps / edits, email campaigns, paid media, etc.
• Execute on photography needs for social posts and paid media.
• Execute on videography needs for social posts and paid media.
• Coordinate production days across multiple team members, models, hair and make-up artists, etc.
• Assist with all kinds of social content including, but not limited to, filming, concepting, and being in our TikTok content.
• You may have some light managerial responsibilities such as assisting with onboarding new team members, showing other creatives how to execute a technical design method.

Experience and Key Skills:

• Well-versed in the entire Adobe Creative Suite primarily Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
• Must have experience in all things listed in "key responsibilities."
