A cloud-like Classic Milk Tea protein bake that whips egg whites into a fluffy, macro-friendly dessert with 53g of protein, best enjoyed straight from the oven.

INGREDIENTS
- 300ml Egg Whites
- Sweetener or flavor drops, to taste (we used vanilla extract!)
- 1 scoop (approx. 30g) Boba Tea Protein Classic Milk Tea Whey Protein Powder
INSTRUCTIONS

The Base: Add the egg whites and your flavor drops/sweetener into a
mixing bowl. -
The Whip: Using an ELECTRIC mixer (don't do this manually!), beat on
high for roughly 5 minutes until stiff, soft peaks form. - The Fold: Carefully fold the Classic Milk Tea Whey Protein Powder through the whipped whites, keeping as much air in as possible.
- The Pour: Spoon into an oven-safe dish lined with baking paper.

The Bake: Bake at 180°C for 10–12 minutes, until set and lightly golden.
Remove and enjoy straight away while it's at its fluffiest.
