For the ice cream:

2 scoops of our Matcha Latte Whey Protein

12oz of 2% Fairlife lactose-free milk

For the batter:

1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour

2 eggs

1/2 cup (120ml) milk

1/2 cup (120ml) water

1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons (30g) melted butter, plus more for coating the pan



  1. To a Ninja Creami pint, add a small amount of the milk as your base.
  2. Add two scoops of protein powder in.
  3. Mix the milk and powder thoroughly.
  4. Fill the pint with the rest of the milk until it reaches the “max” line.
  5. Mix one more time.
  6. Freeze overnight!
  7. For the batter: In a bowl, combine flour, eggs, milk, water, salt, and melted butter.
  8. Mix extremely well.
  9. In a pan, heat a thin layer of butter, then pour the batter in.
  10. Tilt and swirl immediately.
  11. Cook until you get a nice crisp on the bottom.
  12. Then flip immediately.
  13. Place crepe on a plate and scoop your matcha ice cream on top.
  14. Optional: Add fruits like strawberries for topping.
  15. Serve and enjoy!
