Ingredients
For the ice cream:
2 scoops of our Matcha Latte Whey Protein
12oz of 2% Fairlife lactose-free milk
For the batter:
1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup (120ml) milk
1/2 cup (120ml) water
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons (30g) melted butter, plus more for coating the pan
Instructions
- To a Ninja Creami pint, add a small amount of the milk as your base.
- Add two scoops of protein powder in.
- Mix the milk and powder thoroughly.
- Fill the pint with the rest of the milk until it reaches the “max” line.
- Mix one more time.
- Freeze overnight!
- For the batter: In a bowl, combine flour, eggs, milk, water, salt, and melted butter.
- Mix extremely well.
- In a pan, heat a thin layer of butter, then pour the batter in.
- Tilt and swirl immediately.
- Cook until you get a nice crisp on the bottom.
- Then flip immediately.
- Place crepe on a plate and scoop your matcha ice cream on top.
- Optional: Add fruits like strawberries for topping.
- Serve and enjoy!
