Ingredients

1 scoop Matcha Latte Whey Protein or Matcha Mushroom Latte Whey Protein

16 Store Bought Tart Shells

1 tbsp Stevia

Pinch of Salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs until fully beaten.
- In another bowl, add protein powder, salt, sweetener, water, and mix until fully combined (add more sweetener if needed).
- Combine egg mixture and matcha mixture until fully incorporated.
- Strain mixture through a sieve.
- Place tart shells on a baking tray, filling each about 80-90% with the matcha egg mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until custard is just set. Center should jiggly slightly.
- Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
