Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs until fully beaten.
  3. In another bowl, add protein powder, salt, sweetener, water, and mix until fully combined (add more sweetener if needed).
  4. Combine egg mixture and matcha mixture until fully incorporated.
  5. Strain mixture through a sieve.
  6. Place tart shells on a baking tray, filling each about 80-90% with the matcha egg mixture.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until custard is just set. Center should jiggly slightly.
  8. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
