The technical design of Milk Tea 1s are Notorious Lift's Sumo Sole Gen 2.5 (SSG2.5)
Absolutely! A comfortable slipper with a minimal sole makes all lifts easier as opposed to the unstable, more foamy soles from your typical running sneaker.
Strength athletes, powerlifters, and bodybuilders add the most benefit to their heavy leg days using this slipper. It is meant to withstand the intense loads these lifters undertake in the gym on their leg days.
Although the slippers are comfortable (and stylish) enough to walk in and wear casually, we do not recommend these slippers for running. The soles are meant to be much more firm and extremely thin compared to your running shoe. The firmness helps to provide extremely stability during heavy lifts, and the thinness helps to get you as close to the ground as possible to make your heavy lifts easier.
You absolutely can. The Milk Tea 1s design is meant to look the most like a shoe out of all of the Notorious Lift models. Just be aware that the grip underneath the shoe may wear away with too much casual wear on rough terrain.
