Wintermelon Protein Ice Cream
This Wintermelon Ice Cream recipe is made with our Wintermelon Milk Tea Protein and makes for a sweet yet refreshing protein dessert. 😋

Ingredients
1.5 scoops Wintermelon Milk Tea
1.5 cups of unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp nonfat plain greek yogurt
1 tbsp sugar free instant vanilla pudding
2 tsp swerve brown sugar replacement
Instructions
- Prep in a blender bottle and mix all the ingredients and Wintermelon protein powder together. It may help to use a blender here to thoroughly mix.
- In a Ninja Creami container, freeze for 24 hours. (If using Ninja Creami pint, this should fill right to the line!)
- Blend with Ninja Creami on ‘Lite Ice Cream’ setting.
- Optional: Add toppings like cooked tapioca pearls and lemon aiyu jelly. Then choose ‘+ Mix In’ setting on Ninja Creami to mix toppings with ice cream.
